It can be scary to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new, but many times this is exactly what we need to do in order to grow and create the life we see for ourselves. Our guest did just that.
Today we speak with Veronica Menin, owner of Peace-A-Cake and founder of Conscious Bite Out. Although Veronica had a cush and well-paying corporate job, it left her unfulfilled and empty. Long days behind a desk didn’t agree with her physically or emotionally so she made a change.
After quitting her day job, she began pursuing her interests in health and through persistence, hard work and a few angels along the way, she created the life she wanted to live. Veronica now sells her line of vegan muffins in Whole Foods all across the state of Florida (with nationwide expansion soon), hosts events inspiring others to live a more conscious life and keeps active outdoors as much as her schedule allows (she regularly bikes near 100 miles at a time.)
If you’re looking to make a change in your life, let Veronica inspire you.
