Fear. It can paralyze us, hold us back, keep us from growing and stop us from reaching our full potential. But by facing those fears and letting our love shine, we open the door to a world ready and willing to reward us for having the courage to be vulnerable.
In our debut podcast, we sit down with the inspirational and beautiful, Terri Cooper. Before Terri was a yoga instructor, activist, writer and entrepreneur she struggled with drug addiction, was physically abused and was a lost soul. After hitting rock bottom she found yoga and thus began her path to recovery, enlightenment and helping those who need her most – at risk youth.
She owns and operates three yoga studios (305 Yoga) and is the founder of Yoga Gangsters, a non-profit organization that teaches yoga to at-risk youth across the country. She has presented at Yoga Journal Conferences and has traveled the world doing what she loves most – teaching yoga and sharing her beautiful spirit and big heart with the world.

May I know the truth.
May I see the truth.
May I speak the truth.
May I feel the truth.
May the truth of all circumstances be revealed to me with divine grace and sensitivity. And if I must act, may I do so with courage, integrity and faith.
